Here we present a recipe with prawns, but it would also be delicious with clams, langoustines, or lobster, to name a few possible combinations. When it comes to pairing it with a drink, we recommend enjoying it with a sparkling natural cider, and that way you have a 100% Asturian food.

Verdinas with prawns recipe for 5 people:
Cooking time is relative, as no two legumes are exactly alike, nor does cooking water have the same hardness; it will depend on your region. As a general recommendation: let them cook until tender. to soak the beans 12 hours minimum and a cooking time of about two hours and three quarters.

Ingredients:
· 500 grams green beans.
· 500 grams of prawns (fresh or frozen).
· Vegetables: 1 carrot, 1 leek, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 green pepper, 1 onion.
· I smoked with the heads and shells of the prawns, and a drizzle of virgin olive oil.
1 bay leaf.
· Sweet paprika.
· 1 tablespoon flour.
· 1 teaspoon salt.
· Virgin olive oil.
· Sparkling natural cider glass.
