· “II Festival of Heaven”
July 14 and 15: show the night of the drones. An improved production compared to 2022 that will make Gijón the reference city of the European “dronshow”. During the following week, workshops, exhibitions, talks and activities for the whole family have been programmed, also within the framework of the II Fiesta del Cielo.
· Show «OVO», Cirque Du Soleil
From July 26 to August 6, Gijón will once again host a Cirque Du Soleil show. "OVO" is an unprecedented show, full of energy, movement and spectacular acrobatics.
Euroyeye Festival
On July 27, 28, 29 and 30.
The sixties spirit will sound in Gijón between July 27 and 30. With more than a quarter of a century behind it, Yeye maintains its 'underground' spirit, without any posturing, simply wanting to bring together artists who follow that 'vintage' style that they like so much. For this summer, they organize numerous concerts, including Andrea Panozzi, Baby Shakes and Los Ignorantes. These performances will take place in different corners of the city and in different rooms, which will travel back more than half a century in time.
· Tsunami
Days 27, 28 and 29 of July.
The Tsunami wave rises again this summer, between July 27 and 29, with its usual rock and punk rhythms. As a main course, this event will host this year the farewell of the Asturian group Desakato, as well as concerts by fundamental bands today such as La MODA, Ilegales and el Drogas. There will be a lot and a wide variety in this event that is held in the Parque de los Hermanos Castro and that presents a very different program from the usual ones at festivals.

It will be held from August 18 to 27 and will include in its program the cider and apple market, the pourer contest, the chigre songs, the world record for pouring and the tasting session.

SUMMER OVIEDO 2023
VESU Festival
From June 30 to July 2.
In an industrial space such as the La Vega Weapons Factory, thirteen concerts will be held that will make lovers of groups from the independent scene dance. Artists like Carlangas, La Paloma, Jimena Amarillo and Alizz will be in charge of animating the weekend both in the vermouth session and at night. In an environment without crowds, where the concerts can be heard quietly.

Prestoso Fest
Days 3, 4 and 5 of August.
El Prestoso is the most remote festival of all those that take place in Asturias. In Cangas del Narcea, between spectacular mountains, this party takes place "to wallow in the prau" as they say. It will be from August 3 to 5 and will be full of independent artists such as Viuda, Rodrigo Cuevas and La Costa Brava. This year the concerts have a new location, as they will take place in Las Barzaniellas, under a beautiful mountain full of vineyards and next to a river.
Aquasella
Days 17, 18, 19 and 20 of August.
The Aquasella is already a classic within the Asturian summer programme. From August 17 to 20, this electronic music festival thunders between Cangas de Onís and Arriondas. Techno lovers of all ages and from all parts of Spain travel there because, for them, this is the mecca of this musical genre.
Riverland
Days 24, 25 and 26 of August.
We will have to wait until the last days of August to enjoy Riverland, a festival that attracts people from all the autonomous communities. In the heart of Arriondas, this event will animate the show between August 24 and 26, with urban music as the flag. This year there will be a lot to choose from because artists such as Cruz Cafuné, Delaossa, La Zowi and Soto Asa will perform there, among an endless list of names. In addition, there will also be numerous djs. and fun of all kinds because this festival is a festival from the beginning.
