By now everyone knows about the great cheese-making tradition of Asturias. We won't give anything away if we say that there are more than 40 varieties of cheese that are made by hand with great care. The best known is undoubtedly Cabrales, but we can list a good number of cheeses - all of them delicious - that are sure to surprise: Gamonéu, Casín, La Peral, Afuega l'Pitu, Beyos...
