The house has two floors, in the upper one there are the rooms and in the lower one there is the living room-kitchen, it is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and toaster, in the living room we have TV with DVD and fireplace to enjoy pleasant evenings. Fully equipped with kitchenware, linens, towels and heating. The full bathroom is on this floor.
In the rehabilitation, the existing stone walls were conserved both in the bathroom, in the kitchen and in the living room which, together with the decoration made, was able to give a rustic atmosphere full of charm. From the house you can access a individual plot with porch furnished and barbecue, on the outside ample parking.
ROOMS
At the top are the two rooms of the house, both are double, one with a double bed and the other with two 90 beds. Beautiful cabinets and recesses have been recovered from the rooms, which have been restored as well as the stone walls and the wooden beams in the ceiling. All this together with the rustic decoration, in terms of furniture, curtains and handmade rugs keeps a great charm.
