The rural house La Casona de Soviña in Piloña allows you to enjoy the purest air of the Asturian mountains. It is located in a remote and independent place with large grounds , having previously been an agricultural and livestock farm, the Finca Soviña (Cereceda – Council of Piloña), is watered by a small trout river and has wonderful views over the Picos de Europa and the Sueve mountain range . Relatively isolated, it is located in the Cider Region. Next to it we have another magnificent building, La Casa Oriental.
FACILITIES
The Casona de Soviña is rehabilitated and consists of three floors, with 3 entrances and independent porches. It is carefully decorated creating warm and comfortable environments. Each floor has a splendid living-dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two beds, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub).
It has capacity for 14 people which makes it perfect for visiting Asturias without having to rent different apartments or houses when it comes to a large group.
It has oil and hot water heating, bed and bath linen, hand soap, gel and shampoo, hairdryer, kitchen utensils and household items, dishwasher and oven (in 2nd floor kitchen), ceramic hob, microwave, blender, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, iron, television and dvd. Wood stove on the first floor.
It has 3 washing machines and 2 dryers (shared with the Casa Oriental), board games and information on activities, leisure and culture in the area.
