They say you can tell when a restaurant wants to do things right by the bread, oil, and coffee it offers. At El Balcón, we've taken that idea a step further: we believe in the people behind every product.
· Alessandro – Panexín: organic sourdough bread, made with patience and respect for natural fermentation. Alessandro creates all the breads, doughs, and crackers for us.
· César – La Fuelga: an organic garden just a three-minute walk from the Balcony. It brings us fresh, 100% seasonal fruit and vegetables every day.
· Santi and Marta – Miel La Realera: their honey is a reflection of who we are: honest work, closeness and passion for a job well done.
· La Amasería – Gluten-free Bakery: 100% gluten-free artisan bakery, with products designed for everyone and made with excellent raw materials.
· Leandro – Fungi Natur: organic cultivation of shiitake mushrooms, inspired by traditional Japanese methods.
· Alejandro and Armando – Cafés El Globo: quality coffee, friendly service, and an Asturian soul. It's our welcome and farewell cup.
· Javi: every day, thanks to him, our kitchen is filled with fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables. He's our living pantry.
