In addition to the organization of the Somao Festival Commission and the coordination of the renowned Alcuentros Artisans Association, the Somao Asturias Rural Parish and the Pravia City Council join in, along with La Guarida Somao.
The 5th Mercao Indiano is much more than a simple market; it's a market of Asturian crafts and products in a spectacular setting. You can find everything from textiles to ceramics and jewelry, and, in addition, the delicious local cuisine, which will include typical regional products such as cheeses, cured meats, and traditional sweets. The Friends of Somao Association will also be present at the event to showcase a selection of the varied crafts they do throughout the year.
Be held July 4-6, 2025 and will be located in Somao Park.
