Bear's Trail: bike route
Now the real adventure begins! Start cycling down the Bear's Path. Thanks to the gentle slope of the old railway line, cycling down the Bear's Path is a true luxury, as it's considered one of the most beautiful greenways in Spain.
You will travel through forests, tunnels, bridges, gorges, and woods. You can stop as many times as you like. The route is done independently, without guides or mixed groups..
Bear's Trail: return service
Anyone renting a bike from TeverAstur has access to a free shuttle service that will take them back to the starting point after their ride. There's a wide variety of pick-up times available, and you don't need to specify what time you'll finish your ride; simply call and they'll come to pick you up.
Bear's Path: good price
Everything included in the Teverastur service:
- Bike rental for the Bear's Trail for unlimited time (on the day of the activity and within the company's opening hours).
- Detailed map of the Bear's Senaa.
- Helmet. Mandatory use until age 16.
- Assistance throughout the entire route in case of any eventuality that may arise (punctures, breakdowns...).
- Pick-up of participants and bicycles at the end of the route (from 13.00 hours).
Bear's Trail by bike with a dog
Teverastur is pet-friendly, so you can enjoy the Senda del Oso downhill bike ride with your pet. If your dog is large, it can run alongside your bike. For this, you'll need to use a harness that's suitable for cycling.
If your dog is small and cannot run the entire route, you can rent pet trailers to attach to rental bikes, which can support up to 12 kg of weight.
In addition, dogs can also board the shuttle vehicles once the route is finished.

Please note that during the summer months The demand to cycle the Bear Trail is very high and the waiting list to do it with TeverAstur can be several days long.
Conversely, during the winter and the rest of the low season, it is important to book the Senda del Oso by bike, as otherwise you may find our facilities closed.
