San Mateo Indian Menu 2025
It is a gastronomic proposal for the Mateína festivities designed by chef Nacho Manzano and consisting of two dishes: fabes with pantruque and Asturian beef meatballs and Astur-Celtic gochu, with mashed potatoes and cheese from the Principality. For dessert, an apple tart accompanied by vanilla ice cream.
