Our two luxurious rural accommodations in Llanes, Asturias, have the same layout, dimensions, and decor, but are independent. Each can accommodate up to 10 people , distributed among 5 spacious bedrooms : 2 double rooms with 1,50m beds and 3 twin rooms . In total, there are 8 beds available in each accommodation.
The Playas de Llanes rural accommodations are located in the village of Poo, just two kilometers from the town of Llanes, in a privileged setting. We spent four years searching for this location. The village of Poo boasts one of the safest and most beautiful beaches in eastern Asturias , a 15-minute walk or less than 5 minutes by car from the houses.
From the accommodations, without needing a car, miles and miles of cattle tracks begin . These include inland tracks that will take us to the village of Porrúa and from there to the Mañanga forest , as well as coastal tracks that provide access to the nearest beaches and cliff areas.
Behind the accommodations lies an oak forest, surrounded by meadows (farms) that serve as pasture for flocks of sheep and calves. We are not isolated; we have neighbors and the village restaurants are less than a five-minute walk away . The tranquility of the area is the same on November 15th as on August 15th. There is no vehicle traffic in front of the house. The paved road ends right in front of the accommodations.

Ideal for people with reduced mobility. Of the 5 bedrooms, 4 have a bathroom inside. All rooms are different, decorated with their own and pampered style, they display antique furniture carefully recovered and combined with wooden floors and ceilings.
There are 4 bathrooms, 2 with a bath and 2 with a shower. On the ground floor there is one with a shower, during the day it is for common use and at night closing a sliding door it is integrated into the double room. The other 3 are on the second floor. There are two with a bathtub in the double rooms and a third with a shower in the double room.
The kitchen is spacious, bright and very well equipped, we try to make it at least like your home. It comes equipped with consumables so you don't have to buy anything in this regard (dishwasher tablets, washing machine soap, garbage bags, kitchen roll, etc.). It is connected to the dining room table through a plates passage and has a privileged view of the porch area. The idea is that the person who is cooking is in contact with the rest of the group.
The dining room and the living room are one room, everything has been designed so that 10 people can be at ease. Both are directly connected to the porch. There is a very wide sliding glass door, when the porch area and the dining room are open they become one.
Llanes is an ideal location to get to know both the province of Asturias and Cantabria. We are right in the middle of the two capitals, Oviedo and Santander, both just over an hour's drive away. The different entrances to the Picos de Europa National Park: Covadonga, Cabrales and Potes are 45 minutes away. You can make several different day trips to the areas of the coastal towns of both provinces (Ribadesella, Lastres, Comillas, Santillana del Mar). If the weather is good, within a radius of 15 km, we can choose from more than 30 beaches.
