Our two luxurious rural accommodations in Llanes, Asturias have the same distribution, dimensions and decoration but are independent. Each has a capacity of 10 places, distributed in 5 spacious rooms, 2 matrimonial with 1,50m bed and 3 double. In total there are 8 beds available for each accommodation.
The rural accommodations Playas de Llanes are located in the town of Poo. TO two kilometers from the Villa de Llanes, in a privileged environment. We searched for four years to find this location. The poo village has one of the safest and most beautiful beaches in eastern Asturias, 15 minutes walking or less than 5 minutes by car from the houses.
From the accommodation, without having to take the car, they start miles and miles of cattle tracks. So much interior, that they will take us to the town of Porrua and from him to Mañanga forest. As from the coast, accessing the coastal path of the littoral that gives us access to the nearest beaches and cliff areas.
We have a forest of oaks behind the accommodations and we are surrounded by praos (farms) that serve as pasture for herds of sheep and calves. We are not isolated, we have neighbors and less than a five minute walk to the town's restaurants. The tranquility of the area is the same on November 15 as on August 15. There is no vehicle traffic in front of the house. The firm asphalt finishes in front of the accommodation.

All rooms are different, decorated with their own and pampered style, they display antique furniture carefully recovered and combined with wooden floors and ceilings.
There are 4 bathrooms, 2 with a bath and 2 with a shower. On the ground floor there is one with a shower, during the day it is for common use and at night closing a sliding door it is integrated into the double room. The other 3 are on the second floor. There are two with a bathtub in the double rooms and a third with a shower in the double room.
The kitchen is spacious, bright and very well equipped, we try to make it at least like your home. It comes equipped with consumables so you don't have to buy anything in this regard (dishwasher tablets, washing machine soap, garbage bags, kitchen roll, etc.). It is connected to the dining room table through a plates passage and has a privileged view of the porch area. The idea is that the person who is cooking is in contact with the rest of the group.
The dining room and the living room are one room, everything has been designed so that 10 people can be at ease. Both are directly connected to the porch. There is a very wide sliding glass door, when the porch area and the dining room are open they become one.
Llanes is an ideal location to get to know both the province of Asturias and Cantabria. We are right in the middle of the two capitals, Oviedo and Santander, both just over an hour's drive away. The different entrances to the Picos de Europa National Park: Covadonga, Cabrales and Potes are 45 minutes away. You can make several different day trips to the areas of the coastal towns of both provinces (Ribadesella, Lastres, Comillas, Santillana del Mar). If the weather is good, within a radius of 15 km, we can choose from more than 30 beaches.
