In the quiet rural nucleus of Villandás This beautiful village house is located, once Pisón de Escanda (mountain cereal). It preserves all the charm of being in the middle of the field; The natural and ecological nature of the materials used for its restoration, the magnificent location and the careful decoration contribute to this without a doubt.
The building was built over 200 years ago to house an old "rammer" of spelled (cereal high mountain), which is nothing more than a mill moved to ravil whose purpose was to separate the erga (grain) from the poxa (shell).
Ecological materials, paints, oils and dyes have been used for its restoration.
The house has a closed patio of about 100 m2, with wooden garden furniture, very suitable for children. Located in the quiet rural area of Villandás, an ideal place for walks and excursions on foot, on horseback, fishing ... It is close to the protected landscape area of Pico Caldoveiro (according to PORNA), to 4 km. of the Camino Real de la Mesa and 20 km. of the Somiedo Natural Park. Due to its central location, it is ideal for traveling to any area of Asturias. A 10 km. from the port of Maravio and 30 km. of the Senda del Oso (Teverga).
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

ROOMS
The house is distributed in two plants.
On the upper floor we find two double rooms (one with two beds and the other double) and a full bathroom. The bedding is partly made of organic cotton and linen, down duvets and pure wool blankets. Decorated with care, using antique or recovered furniture as much as possible. On the same floor there is a nice bathroom with a bathtub.
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchenIt has a ceramic hob, convection oven, washing machine and fridge; and the living room with fireplace, TV, DVD and living area with access to a garden totally closed of about 100 m2 where you can enjoy peace and silence. Wooden garden furniture (table, chairs, deck chairs ...).
At your disposal you have a small library. Heating with electric radiators, apart from the fireplace. Change of sheets and towels and cleaning every 7 nights.

Due to its central location, it is ideal to travel to any area of Asturias. Very close to the area of "protected landscape" of Pico Caldoveiro, to 4 Km. of the Camino Real de la Mesa, to 10 Km. of the Port of Maravio, 20 km from the Somiedo Natural Park, 30 km from the Senda del Oso… (All of them places of incomparable natural beauty). The same town of Villandás and its surroundings contain enough values to satisfy the most demanding. Proximity of native forests of oaks, beeches, chestnuts, ash trees...
It is not necessary to use the car for a walk in the middle of nature. You will also be able to closely observe and even participate if you wish in the agricultural and livestock activities that take place in the town, enjoy making bread or simply relaxing and resting in this place full of charm and peace.
