"Al otro lado del Mar" is a beautiful traditional Asturian house built in 1807 and rehabilitated in 2016, without giving up contemporary comfort for the enjoyment of guests who value care in attention to detail and the privacy of the entire rental. You will also enjoy 1800 m2 of plot, with different spaces to enjoy your stay, a preserved Asturian granary, private parking, and great views of the Cantabrian Sea.
It is distributed in two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one of them can be configured with two single beds) and a large living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. The house is fully equipped with small appliances, kitchenware, bedding, towels, etc., and of course, bicycles to tour the town. The services provided during the stay are detailed in the rates section.
We have a plot-garden of 1.600 m2 with granary, barbecue and various corners with tables for enjoy the views and the sea. To walk around the town you will have our bikes.
The house is ideal both for those couples who do not give up space and comfort, as couples with children, two couples, and friends getaway.
In the center of town there are several restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers and you will also find a range of themed leisure activities that we can reserve for you. The town of Oviñana, in Cudillero, can be reached by car in just 20 minutes from the airport, and 40 from Oviedo and Gijón along the Cantabrian highway.

- Summer season: from June 23 to June 30 and from July 1 to 7.- €150/night (minimum 3 nights), in occupancy of 2 people. No cancellation fees up to 7 days before arrival. .
From Saturday, July 8 to Saturday, July 29 and from Saturday, August 19 to Saturday, September 16- €1.370/week, for any occupation up to a maximum of 6 people. Stay from Saturday to Saturday, and no cancellation fees up to 30 days before arrival.
