Fully integrated house in the quiet town of Lluces. An agricultural and livestock town where you can enjoy contact with rural life. Next to, 2 km away is the fishing village of Llastres, one of the "Beautiful Towns of Spain" where you can find out what life is like in a town with a great seafaring tradition, in addition to enjoying its beaches. You can also discover the spectacular Sierra del Sueve.
The house is fully equipped with linen, furniture, kitchenware and appliances and It has capacity for 4 peopleIt has three bedrooms upstairs, two of which are double bedrooms, and the third is a room dedicated to reading, games, and general leisure. All rooms have a closet and exterior windows. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a shower, shared by all rooms.
On the ground floor there is another full bathroom also with a shower. The rest of the floor is divided into kitchen and living room integrated into a spacious room.
The house has electric storage heating on both floors.
In addition, it has a large garden in the back, where there is a gazebo with garden furniture (table, chairs and sun loungers) and where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets.
The garden is shared with the apartments and also has a barbecue.
