Our house is located in Sinariega, a town that received the Parres Exemplary Town Award 2017.
Our property measures approximately 4.000 square meters , where you can stroll and enjoy nature in its purest form, in our organic garden , in our picnic area and cider press ; eat in our covered barbecue ; play in an Asturian bowling alley ; the little ones can have fun in our children's park or discover the traditional culture in our mini-museum village house - an ethnographic display of the area - among many other possibilities.

The fastest way to get to Sinariega from Santander or Oviedo is to take the deviation of the A 8 in Llovio, exit 326, continue on the N-634 for 14 Km direction Arriondas.
In this town, move along the Avenida de Europa for 164 meters, turn right on Calle Inocencio del Valle and continue on the road PR-1 during 6,8 Km.
Several routes can be taken in the vicinity of the house: the mill route , the trench route and the granary route , we will inform and advise you on each of them in a timely manner.
We are located in a mid-mountain environment with multiple possibilities for hiking , hunting and fishing in season.
You can also enjoy numerous active tourism activities offered by local companies: canoeing down the Sella River, caving, canyoning, quad and buggy routes, routes through the Picos de Europa mountains...
There are many beaches to visit in the surrounding area: those of Ribadesella , Caravia or Llanes , fishing villages like Lastres, museums like the Jurassic Museum of Colunga , cave art in the Tito Bustillo caves in Ribadesella... and towns like Cangas de Onís or Covadonga , already entering the Picos de Europa National Park , where the leisure possibilities are endless.
