On the La Llosa estate, a former farmhouse with land now dedicated to a garden and private parking, you'll find La Llosa II , an entire house available for rent, featuring two triskeles (a type of traditional Andean symbol). Its prime location within the valley of the village of San Justo puts it 10 km from Villaviciosa , 20 km from Gijón, and 5 km from Playa de España (Spain Beach). It's also close to the mountains, where you can enjoy beautiful and relaxing walks or bike rides, admiring the local flora and fauna.
FACILITIES
The Llosa II is built in stone and wood and It has been completely restored. Although it is located on the same property as La Llosa I (shared rent, per room), each house has its own entrance and its own hórreo. It has a patio with a barbecue. garden, a small garden, poultry, parking and games for children. It consists of two floors, being arranged on the ground floor living area with fireplace, kitchen-dining room, bathroom and two double bedrooms.

The upper floor has a double bedroom and a single bedroom, bathroom and glazed gallery.
HOW TO GET THERE
To get there, once you are in Villaviciosa, you must exit in the direction of Gijón on the regional highway AS-256. After 3 km, turn off through El Gobernador, after passing El Gobernador about 4 km away. (where km 3 is) on the left is the entrance to San Justo. Before entering there is also the sign for Hotel El Nogal and on the San Justo road you will find the signs for La Llosa. From when you enter the town to La Llosa there are 1,5 km.
If, on the other hand, they come from Gijón, they should take the A-8 highway, towards Santander until the San Miguel de Arroes y Quintes exit that leads to the N-632. Take to the right and continue along it until Venta de las Ranas, there continue straight on the AS 256 towards El Gobernador and Villaviciosa, (where it does km 1). When arriving at La Obra and next to the El Molín bar, there is the other entrance of San Justo and 1,5 km away is the La Llosa farm.
