In the La Llosa farm, (old farmhouse with land, now dedicated to a garden and private parking), there are La Llosa I, shared house that is rented by rooms. For its unbeatable location within the valley of the village of San Justo, is located at 10 km. from Villaviciosa, to 20 km. of Gijón and 5 Km. of the Beach of Spain. Close to the mountain, where you can make beautiful and relaxing walks on foot or by bicycle, enjoy the flora and fauna of the area.
FACILITIES
Old farmhouse of the nineteenth century built in stone and wood completely restored and located in the heart of the Cider Region.
It consists of two floors, surrounded by a large garden, large private parking, small orchard, poultry, children's games and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, small library, central heating and access porch.

On the top floor there are five bedrooms all with bathroom inside, some of these are attic. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast with homemade sponge cake and jams made with fruits of the forest, etc. In addition to our exquisite and traditional Asturian cuisine.
HOW TO GET THERE
To get once located in Villaviciosa They must leave in the direction of Gijón on the regional road AS-256. After 3 km, turn off through El Gobernador, after passing El Gobernador about 4 km away (where it is km 3) on the left is the entrance to San Justo.
Before entering you can also find the sign for Hotel El Nogal and on the road to San Justo you will find the signs of La Llosa. Since entering the town to La Llosa there is 1,5 Km.
If on the contrary they come from Gijón you must take the A-8 highway, direction Santander until the exit of San Miguel de Arroes and Quintes that flows into the N-632. Take the right and continue on it until Venta de las Ranas, there continue straight on through the AS 256 towards El Gobernador and Villaviciosa (where the Km.1 is). When you arrive at La Obra and next to the El Molín bar, there is the other entrance to San Justo and 1,5 Km. You will find La Llosa estate.
