The Pedrueco it's an old Asturian village house for full rent, in the heart of the Cider Region, which opened its doors as a tourist accommodation in 2000 and has been constantly evolving and improving since then.
Its location in Asturias allows you to move to nearby places to discover and discover the landscape, art, gastronomy and culture of our region.
FACILITIES
It is distributed on two floors and with a maximum capacity of 6 people (not admitting the stay of unregistered people).
It is fully equipped and decorated in every detail with furniture restored in our workshop.
· Ground floor: the lounge with tourist information about Asturias, library, wood stove, TV, DVD, stereo, game console and board games.
The dining room with table and chairs for 6 people.
The kitchen with 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, small appliances (coffee maker, juicer, toaster mixer, kettle, electric iron) and all necessary kitchen utensils.
· 1st Floor: bedrooms, 2 doubles with their respective bathrooms and one double with toilet. All bathrooms have welcome products and a hairdryer.
SERVICES
The whole house has heating (season from October 1 to May 15) and central hot water, household linen and the necessary utensils according to its capacity.
