Country house El Llagar de Naveda

Old rehabilitated wound. Located in the council of Cabranes, nestled between Piloña, Nava and Villaviciosa, that is to say, monuments, estuary, beaches, commerce, festivals, Asturianía and cider. It is an ideal place to discover all the beauties of the Principality of Asturias, since its location allows to move throughout the region without large displacements. 4 km. from the capital of the council, Santa Eulalia, and 11 km. from the historic center of Villaviciosa, also 20 km. from the Puntal and Rodiles beaches. The house has a farm with agricultural exploitation.

FACILITIES
House of two plants, with two double rooms with bathroom and heating, living room with fireplace and smart tv., fully equipped kitchen, in addition to having a washing machine and dishwasher. Outside everything is designed for peaceful and fun leisure, it has a large porch, under which there is a grill, surrounded by a large garden with great views.

ROOMS
The two rooms of El Llagar are spacious, comfortable and decorated with careful rustic style. They have a private bathroom, heating and telephone. One of the rooms is fully adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.

Low season € 125 and high season € 135.

HOW TO ARRIVE
Naveda is located in the Asturian council of Cabranes. This one, is located in the Comarca de la Sidra, central-eastern Asturias. In the A-8, Oviedo-Santander, exit 363 to Villaviciosa, where we take the AS-255 Infiesto direction. At Km 9 we take a detour to the right towards Camas (AS-335). At the 2 km is indicated on the right Naveda 0.5km., Small town where all our accommodations are located.
