The Casa de Aldea Mariana is a building of traditional Asturian architecture based on stone and wood with capacity for 4 people. It is located in the center of Asturias, in a quiet town called Cardeo, at 3 km. of Mieres and 12 km. from Oviedo and half an hour from Gijón and the Senda del Oso; very well connected by road through the A-66 and N-630, ideal to meet and enjoy a few days in the Principality of Asturias.
FACILITIES
The Casa de Aldea Mariana has on the ground floor equipped kitchen with kitchenware and appliances, ceramic hob, washing machine, coffee maker, etc, dining room with fireplace and a full bathroom. The internal staircase is made of oak wood that communicates with the first floor where there are two double rooms with access to the typical Asturian chestnut wood corridor. Outside it has a small terrace with a table and wooden benches.
A few meters from the house has 300 square meter private garden with wooden table and benches, as well as parking.
ROOMS
Available two double rooms with exit to the typical Asturian chestnut corridor and also one of them has a gallery of the same type of wood with views of the mountains and the town of Cardeo. They are equipped with sheets and towels.
Both rooms have access to the outside balcony, so typical of Asturian houses, in chestnut wood, with a carefully turned balustrade and the flowers of lily and water engraved on its front. It is the best place to chat on summer nights, to listen to the rain while reading a book and to contemplate the morning as soon as you get up.
