The house built in the XNUMXth century is nestled in one of the most beautiful places in Asturian geography, the Candanal and Pión Valley, where the partial Natural Reserve of La Cueva´l Lloviu is located.

The house is restored respecting the traditional architecture of wood-stone as seen in floors, beams and pontoons. The house is one of the elements that together with "the stable", the spectacular "Panera" of (8 Pegoyos with traverses and full engulfs) and "the corrada" that unifies these three elements, as well as the hundreds of "Pumares" that they surround it and contribute the apple for the elaboration of the national product par excellence "the cider"; they leave between seeing the agricultural activity that in the old days was developed in the house of Capión and that at present the vestiges of such activity can be observed.

Casa Capión has: a wood and charcoal heating stove, ceramic hob, oven-grill, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, mixer and accessories, kitchenware The living room has an impressive fireplace with the wood that is required during the stay. The house has a garden with play area, terrace and grill.

ROOMS
The house has 4 double rooms; 2 with double bed and 2 with single bed in all there is the possibility of a cot, also available in the house. It has 2 bathrooms. In the upper area of the house there is an attic suitable for the enjoyment of young and old.

GETTING HERE
· From Oviedo, one of the options is to reach km. 26 of the A-66 and take the 26 exit entering A-64, direction Oviedo-Santander. Continue along 12 km., Take exit 21 entering N-634 direction Pola de Siero. Cross the Pola and before the indication Mercado de Ganado, follow the indication Vega de Sariego, until you reach Candanal.

· From Villaviciosa: follow direction Oviedo on the A-64, and take the Gijón-Aeropuerto direction at the 367 exit. Take the exit San Miguel de Arroes, Quintes, Quintueles. Once in the roundabout, take Villaviciosa-Santander, until km 56.7 (Puente de río España). Take direction Peón-Pola de Siero until you reach a crossroads, where you turn right.
