Oriental rural house it is perfectly conditioned to enjoy the outdoors in a secluded area, where you can enjoy a pure and healthy environment, it is located together with another magnificent building (Casa rural La Casona) on an organic agricultural and livestock farm, the Finca Soviña (Cereceda - Concejo de Piloña), watered by a small trout river and beautiful views over the Picos de Europa and the Cordillera del Sueve. 6 km. from Villamayor (N-634), 20 km. Arriondas, 26 km. from Cangas de Onís, Covadonga and the lakes, about 26 kms. from the Colunga and La Isla beaches, and 32 km from the Ribadesella beach.
Independent and very cozy rural house. It was built in the seventies as a studio open to the field by a painter of Filipino origin. On the ground floor very spacious living room with two old decorative wood stoves (not in use) and five windows from which to enjoy the fantastic views of the farm, the mountains and the Picos de Europa; large independent kitchen with perfectly equipped office and toilet.
On the upper floor, three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a spacious bathroom, an interior room with a 90cm single bed; a second room with two 90cm beds and another small room also with a 90cm bed. These last two rooms share another bathroom.
FACILITIES
This beautiful house for 7 people, but we do not recommend it for 3 couples, since the distribution of rooms and beds is a bit special ... we will tell you so there are no doubts.
· Main bedroom: very large and cozy, with a relaxation area where you can read, have a coffee, tea ... contemplating the beautiful views, with a double bed, a bathroom and a room with a single bed (with a door).
· Single room with access from the master bedroom.
· Triple bedroom: very cute, one of the balconies has views of the eucalyptus forest, how many with two beds together and a separate third. It has a direct door to the second floor bathroom, shared by another door to the floor distributor and therefore to the third single room.
· Single room: overlooking the eucalyptus forest, it is a small room with a single bed.
