Casa Prieto IV It is a haven of tranquility in a environment of overflowing nature which perfectly represents the universal Natural Paradise brand of the Asturias Principality. And this affirmation is not free, since two of the main endorsements of this environment of the rural house are its declaration as Natural Park known as Las Ubiñas - Table, and Biosphere Reserve granted by UNESCO. A few meters from the house is one of the ends of the most famous pedestrian and cycling path from Asturias: The Path of the Bear.

A large rural house for rent in the center of Asturias, for groups or families up to 12 people (capacity can be expanded by extra beds). A large house that is divided into two floors and has a large garden of 900 m2 with tables and barbecue, as well as an enclosure in which there are usually some domestic animals, in particular some nice goats of dwarf breed that always delight the children.
