The ESPERTEYU ROXU house is a house of village of integral rent, which is located in the council of Cabranes, within the Cider Region, in the central-eastern area of Asturias, about 15 min. from Villaviciosa, Infiesto or Nava and approximately 35 min. from Oviedo, Gijón, Arriondas or Cangas de Onís. Rodiles and El Puntal beaches: 20 min. It has been restored in stone and wood recently (year 2010), respecting the traditional architecture of the area and has the category of 2 triskeles. Located in a paradisiacal natural enclave, with its beautiful forests, green meadows and gentle hills, it is ideal for nature lovers.
FACILITIES
It has 2 floors: On the ground floor is the bathroom and a large living room-kitchen. The living room has a fireplace, heating, TV and a small library. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment: washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, microwave, iron and kitchenware. The bathroom has a hairdryer. On the 1st floor is the double bedroom.
ROOMS
The house has a double bedroom, very spacious, with a bed 1,35 and another 90 cm. From the balcony you can enjoy beautiful views.
HOW TO GET THERE
· From Infiesto: take the AS-255 towards Santolaya (Sta. Eulalia). At about 6 km. and past La Curciada, take the 1ª deviation to the left. to Piñera. To the right. there are 2 houses and then, in a curve, a group of houses with a hórreo on your left, on a hill, behind which is our house.
· From Villaviciosa: take the AS-255 towards Infiesto. At 10 km., And after La Llana, we turn right. where it says Piñera, and when we get to L'Oteru we turn left. and we cross Piñera until we go up a hill, to the left. we see a granary and then, on a curve, a group of houses with another granary to its right, on a height, behind which is our house.
· From Nava: at the end of town, on the left, take the AS-335 towards Santolaya (Sta. Eulalia). 10 km. and after passing the Llanu, we go down the slope to L´ Oteru, where we turn right. towards Piñera, we cross the town until we go up a hill, to the left. we see a granary and then, on a curve, a group of houses with another granary to its right, on a height, behind which is our house.
