Candanal is in a beautiful valley of the municipality of Villaviciosa, in the middle of nature where everything is calm but at the same time it is close to the sea and numerous beaches, as well as the great Asturian cities, and in this peaceful corner you will find the house "El Madreñeru", which on what was a Traditional house of the s. XIX, rehabilitated in 2006, it's a cozy stone and wood construction where the visitor can enjoy current comforts and the tranquility and beauty of the environment. The house "El Madreñeru" owes its name to a former inhabitants of the same, grandfather of the current owners, whose job was to make "madreñes".
FACILITIES
The house is located in a natural enclave and its guests can enjoy the front lawn and gardened areainstallation of a children's play area and barbecue.
ROOMS
Two doubles and one matrimonial all of them with bathroom incorporated. The rooms are equipped with wardrobe, night table, desk and chair. One of the double rooms, the yellow room, is on the first floor and the double room, the green room, and the double room or blue room are on the upper floor which is accessed by an internal staircase.
HOW TO GET THERE
From the A-8 highway, take exit 378 towards the N-632 San Miguel de Arroes, Quintes, Quintueles. At the roundabout, follow the exit towards the N-632 towards Villaviciosa - Santander. At km. 56.7, at the Puente del Río España, take the VV-7 towards Peón-Pola de Siero. When you reach the crossroads, turn right and after 100 meters take the AS-331 towards Candanal, our house is in El Carbayal Bario.
