Located in the El Prao neighborhood, right at the start of the "Les Gates" hill and about 1.200 meters from the sea , which can be seen from some of the rooms and the outdoor terrace. The property sits on over 6.000 square meters of land , with a chestnut tree at the main entrance. There is also a fig tree, apple trees, and cherry trees. Walnut and elm trees in the immediate vicinity complete the landscape in which the house is nestled. It's a very quiet and peaceful area , just minutes from the council's capital, Candás , and very well connected to the most important cities in Asturias: Gijón, Oviedo, and Avilés.
ROOMS
On the first floor there is five rooms: three with two beds (La Raitana, La Xana and La Llosa) and two with a double bed (La Pumarada and La Ería); on the second floor there are two rooms with a double bed (La Tenada and La Palloza). Casa Regina does not have cots, extra beds or sofa beds.
The heating of each plant is adjustable independently.
Like the authentic village houses of yesteryear all the rooms have wooden floors which gives them great warmth and a unique character. All the rooms on the first and second floors have a TV, a complete bathroom with a hair dryer and individual heating (there is a thermostat in each of them to regulate the temperature); They include sheets, towels and blankets.
Casa Regina's garden features a traditional Asturian granary (hórreo) , under which our guests can enjoy lunch and dinner. A barbecue is also available for our guests.
