We have two rural houses, Casa Pradina I and Casa Pradina II. For those who like to travel in family or groups of four or more people, with the possibility of renting both houses.
For those who seek contact with nature and close contact, for those who like to feel at home ... Pradina Rural Houses are the perfect choice. In the Ren Valley, to 10 min. of Luanco and its beaches, and very close to Cudillero, Oviedo, Avilés, Gijón, Lastres… we have rehabilitated a set of 2 rural houses from the beginning of the s. XX, with house, stable, tenada (barn), hórreo (barn) and antoxana (outdoor area in front of the house), getting two comfortable full rental houses with capacity for 6 people each.
FACILITIES
The two houses retain their traditional appeal; the restoration was respectful with the rural character of the same and highlighting it with numerous pieces of auction. Cheerful colors and avant-garde paintings are the counterpoint to the "seriousness" of the traditional.
