We have two rural houses, Casa Pradina I and Casa Pradina II. Ideal for those who enjoy traveling as a family or for groups of four or more people, with the option to rent both houses.
For those seeking contact with nature and a personal touch, for those who like to feel at home… Casas Rurales Pradina is the perfect choice. In the La Ren Valley, 10 minutes from Luanco and its beaches, and very close to Cudillero, Oviedo, Avilés, Gijón, Lastres… we have renovated a complex of two early 2th-century rural houses, including a house, stable, hayloft, granary, and an outdoor area in front of the house, creating two comfortable houses for exclusive rental, each with a capacity for 6 people.
FACILITIES
The two houses retain their traditional appeal; the restoration was respectful with the rural character of the same and highlighting it with numerous pieces of auction. Cheerful colors and avant-garde paintings are the counterpoint to the "seriousness" of the traditional.
