Never before have there been so many Asturian restaurants in the prestigious French publication. The 2026 edition is made up of twelve restaurants which add up a total of fourteen stars.
At the national level, as a summary, we give you this information:

Restaurant with 3 Estrellas Michelin Asturias
- Martial House, Arriondas
Family run restaurant; cuisine attached to the Asturian recipe book to develop its own discourse, always with modernity. In the 124 years of history of the prestigious guide, this is the first time that an Asturian restaurant has achieved the highest distinction.The first star arrived in 2000, the second in 2010 and in 2025 the third, thus recognizing his entire gastronomic career.

- The Corral del Indianu, Arriondas
This self-taught chef reinvents classic Asturian cuisine with his organic cuisine full of local products, in his emblematic restaurant in the town of Arriondas. It has been shining brightly since 1999.
- Ayalga, Ribadesella
An Asturian cuisine that blends sea and mountain flavors, elevating local produce with refined technique and artistic flair, creating a unique contemporary and emotional experience overlooking the Cantabrian Sea. The setting (on the shores of the Cantabrian Sea, in a former "Indiano" hotel) is an integral part of the experience, contributing not only to the flavor but also to the atmosphere. 1 Michelin Star since 2021.
- Auga, Gijon
A cuisine where the Cantabrian Sea meets modernity: local produce, refined technique, and a seaside setting that transforms each dish into an experience. - The Retreat, Pancar, Llanes
Asturian cuisine with deep roots, under the guidance of chef Ricardo González Sotres, embraces creativity while remaining true to local produce. - Gerardo House, Prendes
Asturian cuisine with deep roots—featuring iconic dishes like Prendes fabada and rice pudding—is prepared with technical precision and top-quality local produce. Tradition and creativity intertwine in every bite: Casa Morán revisits regional recipes without losing their essence, bringing the Asturian landscape to a contemporary experience.1 Michelin Star since 1987.
- Royal Spa, Salinas
A cuisine that breathes the Cantabrian Sea: fish and seafood at its core, prepared with precise technique and absolute respect for the product.
