Doña Concha Restaurant is the most personal project of chef Miguel Álvarez de Labra, a loving tribute to his grandmother Concha.
Their approach starts with top-quality local products to create an eclectic cuisine, rooted in tradition but open to international influences. The result is an experience designed to surprise and be surprised, where Each dish invites you to enjoy with all five senses: texture, aroma, flavor, presentation, and ambiance..
The cuisine presents itself as a balanced fusion: it draws on Asturian tradition (meat, local produce) and incorporates more contemporary approaches that aim to surprise. There are striking dishes (meats, tasting menu) as well as bar/tapas options and more informal formats, creating variety in the dining experience.
Many customers highlight the Good quality of the meats served: juicy, well cooked, with an “incredible” flavorThe tasting menu and the varied course options are highly valued, including striking proposals ranging from the most traditional cuisine to more creative versions.

There is also mention of good service in terms of adaptation, for example, to intolerances or special needs (gluten-free food).
Expectations are at a medium-high level: It's a restaurant where you come not just to "eat" but to "live an experience"which explains why for some customers every detail matters (dish, service, timing).
