Asturian pot ingredients
- 2 bunches of collard greens
- 2 sausages
- 2 blood sausages
- 1 piece of pork shoulder
- 300 g of Iberian bacon
- 300 g of fresh pork rib
- 4 potatoes
- Peppers
- Olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
Asturian pot recipe
- 1/ Remove all the stems from the cabbage and chop it very finely. Then, cook it in boiling water for 10 minutes and drain.
- 2/ Put all the sausage in a pot with cold water, and when it comes to a boil, add the cabbage and the peeled and chopped potatoes. Cook for an hour and a half.
- 3/ Sauté chopped garlic in olive oil and add a tablespoon of paprika. Add this mixture to the pot and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
- 4/ We check the salt level and let it rest.
