This pure goat cheese originates from the famous Valle Oscuru, Llanes, an area with a great cattle and cheese tradition. Is sweet and round in the mouth, with sharp nuances of flavor that make us recreate it over and over again. A cheese still quite unknown but with a growing popularity throughout Asturias. Highly recommended.

It has the quality mark "Artisan Cheese Makers" Launched in May 2014 at the national level. It is a Seal of Quality, distinctive for those products of artisan production as a guarantee that they meet the criteria for the production of artisan cheese.

Weight: pieces of 400 gr approx.
Ingredients: Made by hand with pasteurized goat's milk and lactic ferments.
Features: Cheese rested and matured for a minimum of 45 days.
Semi-hard and irregular rind, light brown in color and surface etched by the outlet holes of the whey from the moulds.
Clean, compact cut that reveals small cavities.
Medium roughness and somewhat spongy, almost without moisture, dry to the touch and slightly elastic, which crumbles in the mouth.

Conservation: keep refrigerated between 4º and 8º, although we recommend tempering the product for about thirty minutes before eating it out of the fridge in order to enjoy all its flavour.
