Ganadería Casa Ramón is a family business with more than 30 years of tradition, located in an idyllic environment for raising livestock: the council of Salas, in the central-western area of Asturias. They are one of the few livestock farms that continue to practice transhumance in Spain: care and respect for their animals is essential throughout the entire process.
At the 'Casa Ramón Restaurant', located in Oviedo, it is possible to taste its products and the quality of traditional Asturian cuisine.
Ingredients:
potato, collard greens, white beans, blood sausage (fat and pork, onion, blood, sweet paprika, hot paprika, garlic and salt), chorizo (pork, bacon, sweet paprika, hot paprika, garlic and salt), lacón , bacon, water, onion, olive oil, lard, paprika and salt.

How to use:
Heat the contents over low heat in a suitable pan or container and serve.
