In the 30×40 cm format , excluding the mat, the visible dimensions of the photograph are 21 cm wide by 30 cm high. For the 40×50 cm frame, the image within the frame is 30×40 cm. The size diagrams included here clearly show the proportions and fit of the photographs.
The photographs do not have any visible copyright notice on the front (the online image does include it as a protective measure). On the back, each work is signed, numbered, and stamped by the author, both on the photographic paper itself and on the mounting board.
The shipment is made with all the necessary protective measures. Each piece is packed in rigid, sturdy cardboard and bubble wrap, ensuring that the artwork arrives in perfect condition.
Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the artwork is returned in the same condition and with its original packaging or equivalent, ensuring secure transport. Once received, the refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the original payment.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for damaged or tampered works , unless the defect has been reported within a maximum of 2 hours of receipt, by email to info@asturias.com.
