Conservas REMO was born in 1964 in Candás, a small fishing village on the Asturian coast. The traditional flavor in the avant-garde times. We prioritize the maintenance of a traditional flavor, where product quality is the main protagonist, taking advantage of all available technological advances to improve our processes and achieve that excellence.

Our cooked dishes are prepared on traditional stoves and using carefully selected, high-quality raw materials. We never use additives or preservatives.
This is a typical dish from Oviedo. At the “Disarmament” festival, in mid-October, chickpeas are eaten with cod and spinach. It is a culinary celebration whose origin is the Carlist wars, although there are several versions about the beginning of this tradition. It is one of the oldest gastronomic celebrations in Spain.
