Cream, cheese (19,8%), egg yolk, sugar and caramel.
Keep in a cool and dry place. It is recommended to maintain the horizontal position of the jars.
Prepared by Eutimio Gastro, a centuries-old tradition that reflects the good work of the Lastres canning industry, once the engine of the local economy, especially in the first half of the 20th century.
