    An intimate concept in the heart of Oviedo

    In the iconic El Vasco building, right in the city center, NM offers an intimate, almost secret gastronomic experience.
    Four tables and a bar—seating no more than twenty-five diners—make up a space where the dining room and kitchen merge into a single setting. A place conceived as a blank canvas, where gastronomy is the absolute star.

    At NM, creativity is expressed through two tasting menus conceived by Nacho Manzano, a personal take on nature and the land. Each dish interprets the precise moment of the year, exploring the possibilities of Asturias' rich and ever-changing larder.

    Roots

    The story of NM is linked to that of Casa Marcial, the restaurant that Nacho and Esther Manzano founded in 1993 in the family home of La Salgar (Arriondas), today recognized with 3 Michelin Stars, 1 Green Michelin Star and 3 Repsol Suns.

    The Manzano brothers' cuisine is born from their surroundings, family tradition, and the Asturian landscape. From these roots, they have developed their own culinary language, recognizable and award-winning both nationally and internationally.

    About Nacho Manzano

    Nacho and Esther Manzano, along with their sisters Sandra and Olga, are responsible for a gastronomic universe that includes Casa Marcial, Narbasu Restaurant and Hotel, Gloria Oviedo and Gijón and Catering Manzano.

    His career has been recognized with awards such as the National Gastronomy Award, the Best Chef of the Year 2020 Award (RAGE) and the Caldereta de Don Calixto Award for the promotion of Asturian cuisine.
