In the central-eastern part of the municipality of Llanes, you'll find two beautiful beaches and a single viewpoint. From the concrete platform located on the Punta el Pandón promontory, you'll have the best panoramic views of Andrín beach to the east and Ballota beach to the west.
The charming Andrín beach, next to the town of the same name, and Ballota beach near the village of Cué, with its islet known as Castro Ballota, create a picture-perfect panorama that few forget . To the west, you can also see the town of Llanes, the Sierra de Cuera mountain range, and the Picos de Europa mountains to the south.
To access this extraordinary location we have to take the LL-2 road either from Llanes, via Cué, or the LL-2 via Andrín until we pass the La Boriza viewpoint, in both cases there is a sign where a dirt track that, saving a steep slope, leads to a small parking space. The rest of the way is covered on foot along a short path.
Opposite the parking area is the La Cuesta de Llanes golf course , which, as you can imagine, has privileged views of the entire Llanes coast.
