It has been rehabilitated keeping the stone of its original construction. Wood is also very important both on the outside and inside the house. On the outside, the stained glass window dominates the front, the doors and the wooden windows. Inside the floor, the ceilings, the staircase and all the finishes are also made in this material. For the cold months, the house has electric radiators distributed throughout the rooms.
The house is accessed through a craving, front yard. At the entrance there is a nice porch with a wooden table and chairs. On the ground floor is the dining room and kitchen, all in the same spacious and clear. The living room is equipped with television, board games, information of the area and a large sofa-bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, minipimer, etc.

HOW TO GET THERE
It is accessed both from Santander and from Oviedo through the A-8.
· From Santander. In Llovio (Ribadesella) take the N -634 towards Arriondas, before reaching Sevares turn and turn left the AS-399 road towards Sellaño and Beleño, after about 150 meters turn left and take the PI-13, towards Villar de Huergo, travel about 200 m. and enter the town through the first turning on the left.
If accessed from Oviedo, take the A-64 towards Santander and take the N-634 in Lieres towards Arriondas-Infiesto and after passing Sevares, turn and take the AS-399 towards Sellaño and Beleño to the right. About 150 m. turn left and take the PI-13, towards Villar de Huergo, travel about 200 m. and enter the town through the first turning on the left.
