Our country house is located in Toriello, a village 5 km from Ribadesella and 25 km from Llanes . It is ideal for families with children, couples, or friends who want to spend a few days outdoors in a peaceful setting and enjoy the scenery and beaches of the surrounding area.
This is a completely renovated house , and in 2026, two new bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room will be available. It is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and small appliances such as an iron, hairdryer, toaster, and coffee maker. Outside, there is garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue. The property covers 2000 square meters, is fully enclosed, and features fruit trees.
You can swim in a private saltwater pool measuring 8 x 4 meters and with a depth of 1 to 1,50 meters. It has an automatic saline chlorination purification system, a more natural and healthier option than chlorine pools. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
We have parking on the property for several cars. There is a small building on the property that is for our private use, mainly used as a laundry and ironing room, where we sometimes stay overnight.
Our house is situated in a very peaceful setting, yet only 5 km from Ribadesella, 15 minutes from Llanes, half an hour from Covadonga, 45 minutes from Gijón, and 1 hour from Oviedo or the airport. Nearby, you can also enjoy beaches and cliffs, such as Guadamía Beach and the Bufones de Pría blowholes, the Cuevas del Mar caves, Gulpiyuri, San Antolín, and the beaches of Vega and Santa Marina in Ribadesella. All of these are less than 15 minutes away.
