Two newly renovated (2023) holiday homes on a stunning 7.000 m2 estate , overlooking the Sierra del Cuera mountains and just a short walk from Guadamía beach. The homes share a garden.

We have been dedicating ourselves to rural tourism for years. The place where we live, eastern Asturias, seems like a paradise to us, and we love to share it, in a calm and healthy way.
Cuerres is a small town located on the line that separates Llanes and Ribadesella. Very sunny and very quiet. And next to the incredible blowholes of Pría, and the Cliffs of Hell. A perfect place to rest, enjoy nature, and discover eastern Asturias.
Each house has its own covered porch area with a barbecue and tables for al fresco dining. The garden area also includes outdoor bathrooms and showers, perfect for freshening up after a day at the beach. The parking area offers six spaces and electric vehicle charging stations.
Our accommodation is located in a fully rural setting, in a very quiet spot in the village of Cuerres, with panoramic views of the mountains and only one kilometer from Guadamía beach and two from Arra beach.

Low season: rest of the year (Minimum stay 2 nights)
· Casa Sella or Guadamía: €300/night (Price for 10 people).
· Casas El Jogueru: €600/night (Price for 20 people).
Additional bed: €25.
Crib: €10 for the entire stay.
We offer cleaning service during the stay at €15/hour. Schedule to be agreed upon according to availability.

· Deposit
For your peace of mind and to guarantee that the houses will be used appropriately, we require a security deposit. This payment can be made in cash or by bank card, only if the reservation was made through our website. The deposit will be collected upon delivery of the keys. The amount is €300 for one house and €500 if both are rented. If the houses are left properly tidy and clean, with no damage or stains beyond what is acceptable, the full deposit will be refunded. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 72 hours. If there is any damage, dirt, or stains requiring treatment, the corresponding amount will be retained, as determined by management.
Jogueru is very well located to perform different nature and cultural activities. With beaches and cliffs in the immediate vicinity, and the Sierra del Cuera very close, it is ideal for alternating bathing and hiking.
We are located at 5 kilometers from Ribadesella, where you will find numerous active sports agencies: canoeing, canoeing, quads, caving, canyoning, horse riding, etc.
On the coast next to the house you can enjoy sport fishing, and a surprising karst coastline, with a fluvial and maritime route along the high coast, highlighting the amazing waterfalls or jesters.
A few meters from the house you will also find different gems of local heritage such as water mills, bridges and medieval fountains integrated into the Camino de Santiago as it passes through the town of Cuerres.
Our location allows you to plan car routes to Covadonga, Oviedo or Gijón, just over half an hour away. Santander is one hour away.
