The Inguanzo rural apartments are located in a traditional building in the beautiful village of Villanueva de Pría , a coastal town in the San Jorge Valley , in the northwest of the Llanes municipality. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. A 1,000-square-meter enclosed property is available for our guests.
In our rural complex there is a hórreo , a typical Asturian construction where the harvest was formerly stored, which serves as a reception area.

Each apartment sleeps four . All are exterior-facing and sunny , with panoramic views of the meadows and the Cuera mountain range.
Each of our apartments is fully equipped, with full bathroom, kitchen-living room with ceramic hob, microwave and refrigerator; heating in all rooms, household linen, kitchenware and independent garden furniture for each apartment.
In the garden there is a trampoline for children to enjoy outdoors.
We also have a composter for organic waste.

The Inguanzo apartments are perfectly located for organizing dozens of interesting visits around eastern Asturias : Llanes and Ribadesella are 10 minutes away by car, and the Picos de Europa mountains are 30 minutes away. You will also have easy access to the cities of Oviedo, Gijón, and Santander, all less than an hour away.
In the area surrounding Villanueva, you can enjoy one of the most stunning cliffside landscapes on the Cantabrian coast , including spectacular waterfalls (bufones), ancient hill forts, and beaches (more than a dozen within a 10-kilometer radius). Visitors will be amazed by this area, whose fertile lands have been used for agriculture and livestock farming for centuries. Pastures and orchards, hunting, fishing, and panoramic views abound in a landscape of countless contrasts. A coastal path runs nearby, offering several points of interest such as Meda, Pozo Redondo, Canal Beach, La Moría, and El Castru.
