Every day there are several AVE trains from Madrid to Asturias in both directions.
The first train departing for Madrid is around 6:30, which will allow travelers from Asturias to arrive at Chamartín at 10:15.

How much does the AVE ticket to Asturias cost?
The cost of the trip is subject to the market, according to occupations and requested schedules. The price of each ticket is around 40-60 euros each way (80-120 euros round trip), although in some cases they rise up to €94 due to excess demand (188 euros round trip).

By buying your tickets in advance you will find the cheapest prices, and you can also benefit from special discounts for children, young people, seniors, large families and more. Children between 4 and 13 years old have a 40% discount on the base fare on all trains.
Children under 4 years old travel free without occupying a seat.
If you buy your tickets at the stations, prices increase by 5,5% due to administration costs. So it is best that you hire it online from here.
