Our holiday home is of full rental, with capacity for 8 guests. It is located next to the Malecón, a very quiet area in the beautiful town of Ribadesella. We are very close to famous Ribadesella beach, Santa Marina, full of Indian mansions, about two minutes walk. A privilege!
We have an covered porch great for outdoor dining.
· The ground floor of the house is distributed in: a spacious and bright living room with television and dining table, an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a single room and a bathroom with shower.
· The first floor It is distributed in: three double rooms and a complete bathroom with shower. Two rooms have a terrace.
· The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, microwave, complete kitchenware and small appliances: juicer, blender, toaster, Italian and capsule coffee maker, iron...
· In the outside porch area there is an outside room with a washer and dryer, as well as an outside shower with hot water.
· It is delivered with bed linen and towels.
· Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Free WifiThe house is rented in its entirety, regardless of the number of people and with a maximum of 8 seats.
Capacity of 8 people distributed as follows:
· Room 1: Double, 2 adults.
· Room 2: Double, 2 adults.
· Room 3: Triple, 3 children - These are not beds for adults, only children can sleep here.
· Room 4: Single: 1 Adult or child.
Our house is full rent and has two floors.
In the kitchen there is a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and small appliances (electric and capsule coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer...)
Towels and sheets.
Our location is excellent, we are in a very quiet area of Ribadesella and within walking distance we have everything you need: supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and restaurants...
Within a radius of a few kilometers we can enjoy the wonderful beaches of Llanes and Colunga, and mountains over 2.000 meters high if we approach the Picos de Europa. Quite a show!
