The building that houses the Hotel Casa Soto is built according to the typical architectural styles of western Asturias : stone masonry walls and slate roof tiles, a painted façade, and interiors featuring exposed stone and chestnut wood beams and ceilings. Built around the 19th century , it maintains its original structure and lends a traditional and rustic charm, preserving the local building techniques of the region.

The furniture is mostly rustic, featuring antiques from the hotel itself as well as from other well-known houses in Vegadeo, thus preserving the "da Veiga" atmosphere.
