From May 16 to 25, 2025, the XNUMXth edition of Spain's most important championship will be held: the Gijón Pinchos and Tapas Championship®.
They will count the flavor, the presentation, the originality and the commercial application of each skewerThe winner is the proposal with the highest overall score. The prizes awarded are "Gold, Beach, and Bronze Staircases." There are also several awards, including "Best Harmonization," "R&D+i Pincho," "Classic Pincho," and "Asturian Pincho."
As in previous years, a Gastromap will be published for the location of the establishments. This will serve as a reference for the general public to know the candidate establishments, their tasting hours and their offer; thus facilitating the public the possibility of tasting the participating proposals during the established days and at the indicated hours.
