This year, 2026, marks its 11th edition, which will take place between Monday, July 27th and Sunday, August 2nd , both inclusive; however, there will be activities prior to the opening starting on Friday, July 24th.
Most of the cultural activities of the Arcu Atlánticu Festival will take place in open public spaces located in different areas of the city center, with a particular focus on the Cimavilla neighborhood , and all will be free of charge . Specifically, the street spaces where activities will be held include Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Marqués, Campo Valdés, the Clock Tower, Plaza Arturo Arias, Plaza de Jovellanos, and the Jardines de la Reina (Queen's Gardens).
The following facilities will also be part of the program: the Old Institute Cultural Center, the Old School of Commerce, the Museum of the Asturian People and the Collegiate Church of San Juan Bautista.

"Un baile ceibe" is the title of this choreographic piece by four performers that works on gender and its ways of operating in different areas of daily life, including in relation to a cultural manifestation as deeply rooted as traditional Galician dance.

The project “A Residência,” created by First Breath After Coma and Salvador Sobral, established itself as an exceptional artistic encounter based on listening, exchange, and creative time. Following this experience, the show was presented in emblematic venues such as the Teatro-Cine de Pombal, the Teatro Maria Matos in Lisbon, the Teatro José Lúcio da Silva in Leiria, and the Casa da Cultura in Ílhavo, always to sold-out audiences, revealing the strong connection forged between the musicians and the public.

The Talec Noguet Quartet offers a show that blends soft, mellow music with danceable tunes. Rozenn Talec, with her vocals, accompanied by Yanning Noguet on diatonic accordion, Olivier Guenego on keyboards, and Timothée Le Bour on saxophone, brings contemporary nuances of jazz and improvisational music to the traditional Breton repertoire.

The Arcu Atlánticu will once again present a new and surprising vertical dance performance on the iconic Clock Tower. GEURE(R)A is a show by the Basque company HARROBI DANTZA BARTIKALA, accompanied by video mapping, and was a finalist for the 2024 MAX Awards. It features a poetic narrative thread whose dramaturgy questions and conveys the memory of women throughout history.
