Come to Soto del Barco From February 27th to March 1st, 2026, come and enjoy Asturian tradition and gastronomy at the Eel Gastronomic Festival. During this event, local restaurants celebrate the elver, one of Asturias' most exclusive delicacies, with special menus full of flavor and tradition. The menus will be priced at 130 euros.
Don't forget to book at participating establishments; tables are going fast so you can enjoy the white gold of the Nalón.
