Come to Soto del Barco from February 27th to March 1st, 2026, and savor Asturian tradition and gastronomy at the Elver Gastronomic Festival. During this event, local restaurants celebrate elvers, one of Asturias' most exclusive delicacies, with special menus brimming with flavor and tradition. The menus will be priced at €130.
