There is a contest going on to find the best homemade cachopo in all of Spain. The Regulatory Council of the I.G.P. Asturian Veal and the Gourmets Hall announce the seventh edition of the National Contest “In search of the Best cachopo made with Asturian Veal.
VII Contest “in search of the best Cachopo”
Restaurants will be able to register completely free of charge from January 12 to 22, by filling out the registration form that you will find on the Ternera Asturiana website. The championship will have a maximum number of 70 participants.
The jury will anonymously visit the participating restaurants between January 24 and March 31, selecting the 12 best that will compete to win the award on April 22, at the Salón de Gourmets in Madrid.
