100 establishments from 10 countries participated.
The best Cachopo in the World 2026 is from Yantar Sidrería Gastronómica in Madrid.
2nd Place: La Isla in Navia, Asturias.
3rd Classified: La Joguera in Cangas de Onís, Asturias.
4th Place: Las Guelas in Oviedo, Asturias.
The best fish cachopo has gone to La Comtienda (Pedro Miñor), the best cachopo for celiacs is in El Prau in Ribadesella, and the best vegan cachopo is the one served in La Alhambra in Valdemorillo, Madrid.
Throughout the month of March, the public has been able to vote and enjoy some of the best versions of these dishes at participating establishments.
