The restaurant / seafood restaurant The Campanu is run by José Manuel Mori Cuesta 'El Marqués', prestigious fisherman, who does not skimp when preparing for the fishing day and the gastronomy associated with it. His extensive experience has yielded many fruits, such as the repeated fishing of the first salmon from Asturian rivers: El Campanu. The Marquis has fished the Campanu no less than five times and in different rivers: Sella, Eo, Esva, Cares and Cantabria.
The keys are, he explains, scrutinize the river and decide the type of bait. Jose Manuel Mori is also an experienced fisherman of another difficult and elusive species: the sea bass, which has been fishing since the 16 years and now serves in his restaurant.
