Its 9 dishes and 27 years of days this February 2026, and have the designation of Festival of Regional Tourist Interest. All will take place On weekends in February, it is served by reservation at the four restaurants, although it begins on January 31st.
The participating restaurants have been developing each menu with the nine dishes:
- liver soup
- pot of cabbage
- pregnant corn
- pig hands
- Calluses
- stewed tongue
- fried boronzu
- Hash
- fried loin
All accompanied by homemade desserts, coffee and DO Rioja crianza wine. Prices: adult 40 euros/person and 20 euros/children under 12 years of age.
Four restaurants will prepare the tasting menu sequence this year (homemade desserts and wines included): La Casona de Mestas in Las Mestas de Ponga (985 84 30 55), Hotel Alto Sella in Corigos (985 94 49 03), Casa Severa in Sobrefoz (620 13 45 33) and Puente Dobra in Tornín (606 42 42 54).
