Conclusion 9 dishes and 26 years of days this February 2025, and have the designation of Festival of Regional Tourist Interest. All will take place Weekends in February, from 1 to 23 in February.
The participating restaurants have been developing each menu with the nine dishes:
- liver soup
- pot of cabbage
- pregnant corn
- pig hands
- Calluses
- stewed tongue
- fried boronzu
- Hash
- fried loin
All accompanied by homemade desserts, coffee and DO Rioja crianza wine. Prices: adult 39 euros/person and 20 euros/children under 12 years of age.
Four restaurants will prepare the tasting menu sequence this year (homemade desserts and wines included): La Casona de Mestas in Las Mestas de Ponga (985 84 30 55), Hotel Alto Sella in Corigos (985 94 49 03), Casa Severa in Sobrefoz (620 13 45 33) and Puente Dobra in Tornín (606 42 42 54). It is essential to book well in advance as there is a lot of demand. Check with each restaurant for the menu conditions and Reserve your table to avoid availability problems.
