The "Fabes and Rural World" exhibition, organized by the Villaviciosa Town Council, aims to promote traditional Asturian culture and highlight the rural world, with a special focus on "Les Fabes" (Asturian beans) within the exhibition displays. The event will be held in Villaviciosa (Asturias). April 25, 2026, within the framework of the activities organized by the City Council related to the agri-food and cultural promotion of the council.
a) Asturian bean competition
• Exclusive participation for exhibitors covered by the IGP Faba Asturiana.
• Award: Best Asturian Bean 2026, with the decision on Sunday, April 26.
b) Stall decoration contest
• All exhibitors must decorate their stands with elements related to:
• Production, consumption or transformation of the faba bean.
• Traditional Asturian culture.
• Prizes: diploma and gift for the first 3 finishers.
